XXXvii. Duration of agreement and cessation of bargaining

This Agreement shall become effective on the date of signing and shall continue in full force and effect until midnight of July 31, 2009, when it shall terminate. If either party desires to modify or amend this Agreement, it shall give the other party written notice to that effect not more than 120 days and not less than 90 days prior to July 31, 2009. Such written notice shall be sent by registered or certified mail to the other party.

The University and the Association agree that the settlement made effective as of the effective date of this Agreement is in full settlement of all contract issues in dispute between the parties and any other issues unless mutually agreed to by the parties.
