Unit factors are detailed job duties for your classification within your School/College/Division. Each unit is required to develop and maintain unit factors outlining evaluation criteria for categories of scholarship, teaching and service. The contract allows for factors to be developed with the input of faculty in the unit or School/College/ Division and with the approval of the dean/director. Contact your chair/director or other unit supervisor to obtain your Unit Factors.
